摘要：Mastercam是用于机械行业中计算机辅助设计及制造（CAD/CAM）的软件系统，它是基于PC机并为机械零件的二维与三维设计提供全方位优良环境，可以实现仿真加工。最终要的特点是它能输出所设计零件的原始数控程序代码（CNC）。
本文基于Mastercam软件，首先对概念车进行曲面造型，然后利用Mastercam对概念车仿真加工，主要的研究方向是概念车的加工工艺。加工工艺设计好以后，在Masteream平台上生成曲面加工代码。
论文在分析综述了Mastercam性能、特点的基础上，系统的阐述了概念车的曲面造型方法和步骤，完成整车的造型。在分析了所要仿真加工的概念车的曲面形状后，针对不同的曲面形状选择相应的曲面加工方法，选择了合理的加工工艺。本文还对不同的加工工艺做了比较，通过比较可以看出，本文中选取的工艺参数和工艺路径是合理的，这对提高加工质量有一定的实际意义。

Abstract: Mastercam is uses in the mechanical profession the computer-aided design and makes (CAD/CAM) software system, it is and two-dimensional and the three dimensional design provides the omni-directional fine environment based on PC machine for the machine parts, may realize the simulation processing. Finally wants the characteristic is it can output designs the components primitive numerical control procedure code (CNC).
This article based on the Mastercam software, first carries on the surface modeling to the concept vehicle, then uses Mastercam to the concept vehicle simulation processing, the main research direction is the concept vehicle processing craft. Processing technological design after, produced the curved surface processing code .
