 HSE保证：电路各房均安装漏电保护器、接地端子和预制备接地桩。
 密封和运输：考虑防封杀要求房体结构设计强度要高，能同事满足单吊车、双吊车两种起吊方式，库房上部有吊绳保护，设计安全系数＞3。
 所有房子在适当的位置安装防风沙的防爆轴流式排风扇，叶片前后要求有防护网。
 涂漆：选用高级桥梁、车厢用油漆，组焊成箱体后先进行喷砂除锈处理，然后进行底漆、面漆喷涂，底漆，面漆的喷涂不能少于各两遍，漆膜厚底不少于0.1mm，要求保证5年不掉漆。
产品质量要求
 每个房间均有各自的配电箱，每一路电路均有漏电保护器、多孔插座。
 没见营房装两个2kg灭火器。所有房子内配置相应的防爆荧光灯，所有灯具及电插件要求与井电配置统一，每房装一套应急照明灯。
 每个房间应在门上方中部牢固安装有醒目产品标牌（具体规格样式有甲方设计），标牌应包括：A、制造厂名 B、产品名称 C、产品型号 D、产品外形尺寸 E、出厂编号 F、出厂日期 G、从侧面喷有单位徽标和“********公司”字样必须有英文。
 技术资料及技术服务
 乙方出具图纸和设施清单，由甲方确认，作为合同附件，交货时，乙方向甲方交付对照图纸（含电器图）、产品说明书、装箱单各3套及相应软盘一套，在货物出厂前十天，由甲方派人到乙方工厂，由乙方就有关营房的安装和使用予以培训（也可由乙方派人到现场指导安装）。说明书、合格证为英文和中文两种。

surface paint and coasting are painting.The former two procedure shoud be done at least
