46A +Copy of ocean on board ocean bills of lading made out to order of shipper and blank endorsed and marked freight collect,and notify the applicant.
47A +Insurance to be effected by applicant.

你没做过LC么？？这个很简单的
46A是说，要一份提单复印件，这份提单的CONSIGNEE必须是to order of shipper （OF SHIPPER应该不用，建议你问下银行），NOTIFY PARTY就是applicant,提单上必须显示freight collect（运费到付）而且必须背书，也就是在提单复印件后边签名和盖章
47A是说保险由APPLICANT搞定。不过一般来说客人会要求你FAX一些详细的资料给他的，但是这里没写，那就不用管了。

不接受T/T付还。这个条款我还没遇到过呢，不知道你们的是什么货物，我们的是机器，客户都是按照我们给他的INVOICE来开LC的，不可能会有什么退款情况吧？

如果文件有不符点将会扣5000JPY(日元？）.或者相等价值的收益将被扣减。（这个不符点扣费不贵呢。）

电放提单是可接受的。
上边既然说提单只需要复印件，那建议你就直接做电放就好了。另外这些条款的事情最好是跟银行确认的。因为你最终的单据还是必须交给银行让银行帮你寄给客户那边的银行的。
