相转移催化制备壳聚糖及其药物控释的研究

摘要:目的 本文研究了相转移催化工艺对壳聚糖脱乙酰度的影响,以及壳聚糖微球的制作方法和壳聚糖微球的载药特点。 方法 本文以虾壳(甲壳素含量较高)为原料通过两酸两碱的方法制备出甲壳素,并以四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂通过相转移催化工艺制备壳聚糖,采用正交实验设计的方法,研究了催化剂的用量、氢氧化钠的用量和乙醇的用量对脱乙酰度的影响,得到了较为理想的合成条件。将壳聚糖制作成聚糖微球采用壳聚糖微球的载药方式研究其药物的控释。结果 通过对图谱及数据的检测和分析总结出了制备壳聚糖的最佳工艺参数。结论 研究证明,应用相转移催化制备壳聚糖脱乙酰度有所提高,壳聚糖微球载药方式可行。

Abstract: Goal this article studied shifted the catalyzed craft to escape the acetyl influence to the shell polyose, as well as the shell polyose microballoons' manufacture method and the shell polyose microballoons carried the medicine characteristic. Method this article (carapace element content is high) take the shrimp shells as raw material prepares the carapace element through two acid two alkali methods, and as shifts the catalyst take four butyl ammonium bromides through to shift the catalyzed craft preparation shell polyose, uses the orthogonal experimental design the method, has studied the catalyst amount used, the sodium hydroxide amount used and the ethyl alcohol amount used to escapes the acetyl influence, obtained the more ideal synthesis condition. Manufactures the polyose microballoons the shell polyose to use the shell polyose microballoons to carry the for
