中国的流动性过剩问题出现于世界范围内的过剩危机之中。一方面，它具有全球流动性过剩的共性，另一方面，它又有着中国本土的个性。所以研究中国流动性问题的要从更为广泛和深刻的方面来考虑。本文将从国际和国内，过去、现状和未来等方面分析了我国流动性过剩问题的产生原因、现状和政策实施效果，并从经济发展的各个角度出发，提出了多条解决问题的对策建议。本论文主要分为四个部分来研究以上问题，主要内容如下：
第一部分，我国流动性现状及效果，回顾中国经济发展过程中的各种过剩现象，把政策实施前后的状况进行对比，总结出政策实施的效果和不足。
第二部分，流动性过剩产生原因，从国际背景和国内环境两方面分析了中国流动性过剩产生的原因，明确了中国过剩问题的共性和个性。
第三部分，中国流动性过剩问题对策建议，针对第二部分总结出的政策效果和不足，扬长补短，提出一些对策建议：制定更加及时合理贸易政策及外汇管理制度，完善货币市场与资本市场，不断实现金融创新，开拓多种融资渠道，采取适当的货币政策，平衡我国的流动性水平等。
