摘要：近年来，随着西气东输、南水北调、青藏铁路、奥运场馆等一批特大型工程相继落成或正在建设，标志着我国建筑业的建造能力达到了一个新的水平。战斗在施工第一线的民营施工企业结构调整步伐加快，企业效益逐步提高，综合实力不断提高，推动了我国建筑业的迅速发展。同时，民营施工企业队伍不断壮大，吸纳农民工占农村进城务工总数的近三分之一，成为解决农民就业和农民增收的重要渠道，促进了城乡统筹发展。虽然民营施工企业抓住了机遇，取得了长足的发展，但是，在民营施工企业中仍存在很多问题，如建设资金不足或不到位，基础管理薄弱，人才结构不合理，工程拖欠款锐增不减，企业亏损情况依然严重。本文将从民营施工企业的内部管理入手，分析民营施工企业内部管理中出现的一些问题，并在此基础上探讨如何解决民营施工企业中内部管理问题，减少企业的内耗，加强企业的竞争力。进而提出四大对策：即建立现代企业制度，制定合理人才战略，强化管理控制成本，保障员工合法权益。并对民营施工企业未来的发展提出现实的建议和对策。
