摘 要
2006年6月27日，国务院颁布了《国务院关于保险业改革发展的若干意见》，保险行业的发展受到国家的极大重视。本文以太平人寿四川分公司为例调查了保险公司员工管理中存在的问题，并从人力资源管理角度探析了管理问题存在的原因。其中深入分析了保险公司现行的代理制的优缺点，并特别分析了保险行业员工构成特点带来的管理两难问题，揭示出建立良好的企业文化是解决保险公司诸多问题的有效方法。本文就发挥企业文化作用，解决保险公司员工管理问题进行了探讨，并提出了建议。对太平人寿四川分公司企业文化建设进行深入分析后总结企业文化在保险公司员工关系管理中的作用为其他行业提供借鉴是本文研究的最终目的。

Summary:
On June 27, 2006, the State Council issues" several opinions about insurance's reform and development of the State Council ", insurance development of trade great to pay attention to country. This text has taken Tai-Ping Life Sichuan Branch as an example and investigated the problem existing in staff's management of insurance company, and analyse the reason why the problem of management exists in terms of manpower resources management. Among them analyse in depth the pluses and minuses that the current agent of insurance company makes, analyze staff, trade of insurance, form management awkward problem that characteristic bring especially, it is to solve a great deal of problem effective methods of insurance company to reveal and set up good corporate culture. This text give play to the role of corporate culture, solve p
