摘 要
随着信息化程度的提高，企业、政府、乃至个人对信息系统的依赖性增强。对信息系统进行风险分析成为是一项十分重要的课题，已经引起国家的高度重视。随着风险分析研究的深入，出现了多种分析方法。
本文首先介绍了国内外的研究现状及存在的问题，然后阐述了风险分析相关概念：现有的风险分析方法、风险分析工具、风险分析模型、风险分析过程，详细介绍了本文的重点应用：模糊聚类法的相关概念，模糊聚类法的定义、分类、步骤等等。
在风险分析方面，该模型引入模块化的概念，使用模糊聚类法来将资产实体划分为几个耦合度很弱模块。使用该方法不但有利于并行评估，提高评估效率，降低评估难度，而且可以根据不同的需要调节评估精确度，使更符合需要。
在风险计算方面，由于风险分析特点某些初始数值不需要风险的精确数值，因此变量计算采用定性定量相结合的方法计算权重值，根据权重值确定风险相对大小。本文采取了专家打分法获得初始值，然后用定性定量相接合的方法计算权重值，减少主观因素。
