浅析现代企业职业经理人的激励机制

摘 要:随着市场经济的进一步发展,企业的竞争越来越来激烈,职业化的经理人则是商品经济高度发展的产物。职业经理人对提升企业核心竞争力起到决定作用,从而使研究其激励问题成为现代公司治理中的关键问题。
在我国,职业经理人市场有待发展、股票市场效率有待提高、政府的政策、法规有待完善、公司治理结构存在缺陷、董事会监督强度不足、经理人薪酬管理不到位、职业经理人评价机制不科学、考核体系不健全、企业的薪酬结构不够完善等等都是职业经理人的激励机制存在的问题。
本文借鉴国内外先进经验,运用逻辑分析和博弈分析的方法,结合激励理论、委托代理等理论,多方面探讨,然后对存在的问题提出相应对策。
