摘 要 近几年来,贴牌生产方式在我国企业广泛运用,在一定时期内对我国企业的发展起到了促进作用。但是从长远看,中国企业想要在世界范围内立足,没有自己的品牌,充其量只能是一间效益比较好的产品加工厂而已。因此,中国企业不能满足于贴牌生产,必须从贴牌生产转换到品牌经营,打造中国自有的品牌。

Abstract: In the recent few years, OEM production has been widely used in industries in our country, and in a certain period has played a facilitating role in the development of industries in our country. But from a long-term perspective, if the Chinese industries wish to gain significance in a global scale but without their own brand, at best they can only be comparatively efficient fabricators. Hence, Chinese industries should not be satisfied with OEM production, and must change from OEM production into brand management, and hence create China's own brand.

This article firstly analysed the current situation of industries with OEM production, looking at its existing problems and ills and its ultimate fate, then from the macroeconomic environment,the needs of the background, the need for development of the industry itself, and the benefits that branding has towards the industry, expounded the necessity for industries to change from OEM production to brand management,
