摘要
本调查以梅州市的畜禽品种资源以及畜禽品种的养殖现状为研究对象，采用查阅文献和实地走访的方法展开初步调查。通过对梅州市的梅江区、兴宁市、梅县、蕉岭县、大埔县、丰顺县、五华县和平远县，六县一区一市的畜禽养殖情况进行调查、访问，总结了目前梅州市畜禽养殖的品种资源现状以及养殖现状，并对梅州市畜禽品种资源采用shannon-wiener多样性指数和均匀性指数进行分析，反映品种的多样性程度。研究结果表明：（1）猪的品种主要包括大白猪、长白猪、杜洛克猪和香猪；牛的品种有西门塔尔牛、短角牛、婆罗门牛、娟姗牛；羊的品种有波尔山羊；鸭的品种有北京鸭、樱桃谷肉鸭、绍兴麻鸭；鸡的品种有新兴三黄鸡、广西土顶鸡、新兴麻顶鸡、黑羽竹丝鸡等品种。（2）通过对梅州市畜禽品种以及山东省、福建省的畜禽品种的多样性和均匀性进行比较，可以看出梅州市的畜禽品种多样性相对较低，而且品种分配不够均匀。（3）梅州市畜禽养殖现状是规模养殖迅速发展，良种繁殖体系进一步改善，动物防疫网络和畜牧业基础设施逐渐完善，但基础设施投资不足，仍需改进。畜禽养殖业是促进农村生产发展的朝阳产业，是农民增收的重要产业，切实做大做强梅州市的畜禽养殖业，能够大大地促进梅州市的经济发展，为梅州市的发展前景带来新的机遇。

Abstract : This survey of Meizhou City animal varieties and animal species breeding situation for the study. use access to documents and field visits to the preliminary investigation. By Meizhou City Meijiang District, Xingning City, Meixian, 平 County, nosocomial, Fengshun County, IN PINYUAN COUNTY and Wuhua County, six county district livestock in the city of surveys and interviews, summed up the current Meizhou City of livestock varieties and breeding status quo situation, Meizhou City as well as animal species diversity resources used shannon-wiener and homogeneity index analysis to reflect the diversity of species. The results show that : (a) pig species include Large White, Landrace, Duroc pigs and swine; cattle varieties of Simmental, Shorthorn and Brahman cattle, of Jersey cattle; sheep varieties Boer goats; duck, duck varieties, Cherry Valley Duck, Shaoxing Duck; Chicken varieties are emerging sanhuang, Guangxi top soil chicken, Ma top emerging chicken, black plume bamboo si
