摘要：春秋战国社会大变革时期，公私观念逐渐形成，最终“立公灭私”成为主流思想，并影响到后来整个中国传统文化。但深入分析此观念，可以发现，“立公灭私”从形成之初，理论上就存在着逻辑矛盾，实践中也陷入解决不了的困境。公与私的纠结不清、逻辑混乱，对后来中国古代社会的历史进程有着不可忽视的影响。
