摘要 目的: 通过用紫外分光光度法对不同采收期半枝莲总黄酮含量的测定,了解不同采收期药材总黄酮含量的差别,为半枝莲合理开发利用、优质高产以及制定科学的质量标准提供理论依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度法对不同采收期半枝莲中野黄芩苷含量进行测定。结果:5月26日、7月28日、9月23日三个不同采收期半枝莲中总黄酮含量分别为2.20%、2.00%、1.72%。野黄芩苷的线性范围为r=0.9993,平均加样回收率为RSD为100.79% 结论:紫外分光光度法简便、准确、可靠而且不同采收期对半枝莲总黄酮的百分含量影响较大,可作为半枝莲药材内在质量控制手段之一。
