湖北某乳品废水处理工程工艺设计

摘 要:本设计为湖北市某乳品废水处理厂的初步设计和施工图设计。该处理厂处理的污水主要是工业废水。 其中,原水水质为:CODCr=1500mg/L
BOD5=900mg/L
SS=500mg/L
动植物油=400mg/L
PH=6~9

出水水质为:CODCr≤100mg/L
BOD5≤30mgL
SS≤70mg/L
动植物油≤10mg/L
PH=6~9

经过技术经济比较后,本设计选用水解酸化池加氧化沟工艺。该工艺的主要构筑物包括调节池、隔油池、水解酸化池、氧化沟、曝气生物滤池、污泥浓缩池等。本设计采用了较先进的工艺,利用了性能优良的设备,减少投资,实现了完全自动化,便于管理,使出水达到了污水排放标准,做到了水资源的合理利用。
