卧式单面多轴组合机床动力滑台液压系统的设计优化
摘 要：组合机床是以大量的通用部件为基础,配以少量的按被加工零件特殊要求而设计的专用部件,以实现对一种或几种零件按预先确定的工序进行加工的高效机床。它既具有专用机床的结构简单、生产率及自动化程度较高的特点,又具有一定的重新调整能力,以适应工件变化的要求。液压传动区别于其它的传动的主要特点是以液体为传动力的介质，其优点主要有（1）机构紧凑，体积小，重量-轻，反应快，承载能力大；（2）比较容易实现无级变速，调速比大；（3）运行平稳；（4）比较容易实现自动化；（5）具有自我润滑的能力，磨损小，寿命长；（6）液压元件易于通用化，标准化，便于批量生产。
本文在设计液压系统时，根据卧式单面多轴组合机床动力滑台液压系统的工作环境和要求，选用合适的液压泵，并确定与液压泵匹配的电动机；根据设计要求和油液流量确定油箱尺寸；根据选定的液压阀的连接油口尺寸确定管道尺寸，同时通过液压系统的流量和压力选择各个液压辅助元件及控制元件，按照结构紧凑的设计原则合理的安排各个元件的安装位置。最后进行液压系统验算,从而完成对组合机床液压系统的设计过程。
