摘要：随着现代教育技术和管理方法的发展以及教学系统化理念的实施研究，国内部分高校已实现教学质量监控与信息反馈的信息化管理，通过精细客观的评价来监督、促进老师的教与学生的学，活化教学信息，增强对教学质量的分析和监控。论文较为系统地介绍了“计算机系教学质量监控与信息反馈系统设计”课题开发的整个过程，讨论了教学质量监控与信息反馈系统的设计原理和实现技术。系统共有学生评估，教师浏览，管理中心等三大功能模块，学生评估模块主要包括学生密码修改和评估教师等功能；教师浏览模块主要包括教师密码修改，浏览评估等功能；管理中心模块主要包括帐号管理、用户查询、班级管理、添加任课、评估管理、评估浏览、清空浏览等功能。系统实用性强，一定程度上减轻了教务管理工作的工作量；文章最后对系统实现过程中出现的关键问题进行了分析。
计算机系教学质量与信息反馈系统设计采用B/S架构，前台开发工具为ASP，数据库采用大型软件开发项目中优秀的软件SQL server 2000 ，目的是细化学院教学质量指标，科学的进行教学质量监控和信息反馈。
