摘要
综合智能网业务是在传统智能网的基础上引入综合业务控制点(ISCP)和综合业务管理点(ISMP)发展起来的，同时支持PSDN，GSM和CDMA等网络的协议，解决传统智能网由于各网络相互独立、业务之间互不关联，给三网之间的互联互通带来的空难，实现三网业务的互通互享。
本文首先通过对传统智能网和综合智能网的原理、结构和标准等的比较分析，研究了实现固定智能网和移动智能网之间的互联互通的必要性和可行性；然后研究移动智能网的体系结构及业务应用，这其中有GSM应用的CAMEL标准，CAMEL体系结构以及CAP协议；最后探讨固定电话彩铃业务的实现方案。
