本文以石蜡对研究对象，对石蜡的催化氧化改性工艺条件进行了研究，考察了空气流量，催化剂用量，反应温度和反应时间对石蜡氧化过程的影响以及反映条件对氧化石蜡性质的影响。并确定了最佳的反应条件催化剂负载量为15%，催化剂用量问0.5g，温度为150℃，空气流量为0.6，反应时间为4小时。可得到色泽浅、气味轻、酸值较高的氧化石蜡产品。
