本文以索菲特酒店作为实证研究对象,首先进行了人才战略的概述,并详细介绍了酒店的人才现状,从人才的开发、培养、吸引及使用说明了索菲特的人才战略状况。最后,在对酒店员工进行的问卷调查基础上,重点分析了索菲特人才战略上存在的问题并提出了解决实施对策,包括:确立以人为本的管理思想,稳定酒店员工队伍;充分发掘实习生潜力;对人才进行兼容,发掘酒店发展的新动力;优化酒店人才激励机制。
