在世界贸易自由化的发展进程中，随着传统贸易壁垒的逐步弱化，绿色贸易壁垒正在迅速发展成为一种新的非关税贸易壁垒，在极大程度上制约了我国优势农产品的出口。我国农产品遭遇绿色贸易壁垒的原因是多方面的。要突破绿色贸易壁垒，我国必须大力提高农产品质量，加强农产品的质量安全监管，加快专业人才的培养，加强企业绿色观念，积极灵活的运用贸易争端机制来化解农产品出口的各种障碍。本文对发达国家绿色贸易壁垒的相关法规及其对我国的影响、我国遭遇绿色贸易壁垒的原因及对策进行了分析。
In the progress of world trade liberalization development, along with the continuous attenuation of traditional trade barrier, green trade barrier is rapid developing as a new non-customs trade barrier, which limits the exporting of Chinese advantaged agriculture products to a large extent. The cause of encountering trade barrier of our agriculture products is various. China must enhance the quality of agriculture products, reinforce the safety supervision, quicken the cultivating of professionals and strengthen the green conception of the enterprise in order to break through green trade barrier. Solve agriculture products exporting barrier through applying of trade dispute mechanism. The article analyses the effect that developing country green trade barrier relative regulation to our country, the cause of our green trade barrier and solution.
