The Buyer will have the exclusive right to negotiate and conduct due diligence with the Seller in relation to the Project until execution of an agreement between the parties not to execute a contract or 15 days from the execution of this agreement, whichever occurs first (“Exclusivity Period”).

买方将有专属权利，进行谈判和进行尽职调查与卖方在有关该项目，直到执行一当事方之间的协议不执行合同或在15天内从执行本协定，两者以先发生（ “专营权期“ ） 。
