A Suggestion About Exercises
Nowadays,more and more students catch up with fat problems.
I don`t think we can take it for granted.Here are my reasons.
To begin with,we should take exercises in every morning and afternoon for half hour.For instance,we can running,playing football and so on.What`s more we shouldn`t take no notice of our body condition.Do not force youself to exercise when you are out of condition.
To sum up,only in this way,can we make ourselves happier!

现在,越来越多的学生遭遇到了健康问题。我不认为我们可以认为那是理所当然。这里有我的建议。
首先,我们应该每天上午下午各锻炼半个小时。比如说,我们可以跑步,踢足球等等另外,我们不应该无视身体状态。不要在自己在不舒服的时候强迫自己锻炼。
