目的，比较单、双侧两种脑室外引流术治疗脑室出血并铸型的疗效。
方法，对56例脑室出血并铸型的病人采用单侧脑室外引流术与48例采用双侧脑室外引流术的治疗效果，应用统计学方法加以对比。
结果，双侧引流术与单侧引流术相比，死亡率与感染率明显降低，疗程明显缩短。
结论，双侧脑室外引流术疗效明显优于单侧引流，更适用于脑室出血并铸型的病人的治疗。
