个人职责:从接到企业客户的职位招聘需求,到候选人上岗的全过程工作
1) 与客户相关事项的沟通,协商,理解客户的招聘需求,确认关于职位的各项细节
2) 制定寻访方案。分析市场并找出搜寻方向及目标。
3) 寻访实施。发布相关信息,通过各个渠道搜寻所需人才;负责与候选人的电话面试,面试,人才推荐报告的撰写
4) 负责向客户推荐人选,协调安排客户与候选人的面试事宜
5) 协助候选人与企业客户双方进行offer的谈判及签订
6) 协助候选人入职。协助候选人妥善办理好离职、体检等事宜,保证其顺利上岗
7) 寻访全程,负责和候选人及客户的沟通,协商

10) 例会及各类会议筹备和通知、会议记录。
11) 配合各种审查、认证等工作,全程跟踪记录。
12) 起草文稿制度,如干部考核标准、新员工培训稿、BI策划、岗位说明书等等。
13) 收发文件,各种联络事宜
