当一个句子句首有表示否定的not ,no时句子要用倒装语序。
1. 这里no matter习惯用部分倒装语序（即半倒装语序）。
No matter how sad you are.就是部分倒装语序 sad和how配合适用 how 修饰的是sad 故把它放在you前面。但是are 必须在you后面，因为只用部分倒装嘛。
No matter how sad are you .就是全部倒装语序
2.无论多大的困难
No matter how hard/difficult it is/was. 这里也是用部分倒装语序。

no matter how difficult there is .....

no matter + how + adj. (副词修饰形容词)

1. 因为no matter是否定词开头，所以后面要用倒装语序。
