我在北美服务器玩游戏，号被封了,听朋友说发EMAIL过去说说情也许可以解封,请大家帮我写封信.大致内容:对于使用非法程序我很抱歉,以后不会再使用了，希望官方给我一个机会,把我的帐号解封
