你为什么觉得不地道呢？我看来看去好象没什么问题。。
用who来代替they 作为定语从句的主语啊。。可以在中间加个逗号，或者变成
she has three girls all working in a hospital.
who, whom作为引导词通常会跟在所修饰的词后面。。所以楼上的是对的 。
