这句里attention要不要+S?

这里attention是不可数名词，意思为“注意，关注”，所以当然不能加s了。可数名词后面才加s啊。。

可以看出这个句子应该用主动语态的，主语issue（议题）吸引了更多的attention（关注），所以应该把been去掉，改为主动语态。

如果你说被动语态，变为“议题被吸引关注”就说不通了

整个句子意思为“鼓励孩子竞争或者合作这些议题已经接受/吸引了更多的关注了。”

这个句子有错的。
首先，不能用has been received,你这是被动时态。这里应该用has received,主动时态，现在完成时。
attention一般多用单数，但是复数也可以。
你看看下面两句话：
Many countries are starting to turn their attention to (= to consider) new forms of energy。
Many countries are starting to turn their attentions (= attention) to new forms of energy
这两句话都是对的，而且都是剑桥词典上的。所以我觉得用attention 和用attentions都可以。
