1 器具准备

清洗：用注射用水清洗氯气的顶盖及配件各30秒，打开顶盖上的排气孔的小阀门，由顶盖下的小孔冲洗排气孔道，使排气孔道畅通无污物。冲洗完毕，将物品放在百级层流罩下的工作台上。

配置：取出startolesanp，在百级层流罩下的工作台上装入底盘，检查滤芯与底盘无松动后放入密封圈，盖上顶盖，扭紧扣件，打开顶盖的排气孔，取出10升蒸馏水，用30厘米橡皮管接在滤器进口处，再加压0.01MPa下将蒸馏水注入滤器，以充分湿润滤芯10分钟，完毕后取下橡皮管，进口处用透析纸包好，用细绳扎紧。

消毒灭菌：把安装完毕的柱式滤器与配件（如：洁净衣、口罩、橡皮口罩）等送高压灭菌（流动蒸汽100—105摄氏度，时间1小时；高压灭菌121摄氏度，30分钟）

经过人员通道进入洁净室，带上橡胶手套，用灭菌过的尼龙布浸泡75%酒精擦拭百级工作间台面，将橡皮管安装只泵上，再与滤器连接。
