这个句子是重庆07高考题里的句子，我认为第二个to应该删去，老师说过except和but一样，前有to，后无to，但这里的第二个to该怎么解释呢，请高手详细解释，好的加悬赏，谢谢~~~

确实没有错，前面是have to do所以except后面的不定式形态是根据前面来的

"to be with them" 对应的是 have"to do anything"
