电脑又卡了

我原来电脑有点卡，后来一个人教我清除系统垃圾 提高开机速度 网路设置，我照做了，后来速度就恢复了。但是过了几天又卡了？？真不知道怎么搞的？？郁闷 哪位仁兄告诉我是怎么回事？该怎么办啊？？谢谢了

杀杀毒啊,兄弟

1.下载windows 优化大师
清除多余的系统垃圾
2.用清除系统LJ
新建一个记事本并输入以下的内容：
