摘要
我国的二氧化硫污染日益严重,中小型燃煤锅炉是造成SO2污染的重要污染源之一。湿法脱硫是以碱性溶液(或浆液),脱硫剂在吸收塔中与SO2发生气液化学反应从而达到脱硫的目的。本文建立了石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫简易喷淋塔实验台,实验研究了重要的操作参数对喷淋塔脱硫效率的影响规律。实验系统由燃煤燃烧烟气部分、简易液滴喷淋塔反应器和浆液制备系统组成,配合四氯汞盐副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法测定二氧化硫的含量。实验结果表明,简易液滴喷淋塔的脱硫效率约60%,提高液气比和浆液pH值、降低烟气温度和烟气速度以及降低入口烟气的浓度均可以提高脱硫效率。
