我与银行商讨，现把可选择的两种方案简述如下，供协商：
一、按原合同约定，以每批交货量四十吨开出信用证，第一批四十吨的信用证为不可循环的。在我方收到卖方发来的单据（包括提单、海运单、保险单、SGS检验报告等）后的三个银行工作日内，由开证行发出通知，将不可循环的信用证变成可循环的信用证。该可循环的信用证为通知循环，每通知一次，自动循环三个批次。如此循环至合同履行终结。

当然，如果除了LC与银行保函这两种付款形式外，现金支付也是可选择的支付方法。如以现金支付，我方还可以在境外提供支付。
