The assignment or assumption by either Party of any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement to a related or affiliated person or legal entity or to an unrelated third party shall not be valid without the prior written consent of the other Party to this Agreement. Any modification or amendment to this Agreement must be in writing.

转让或担任任何一方的任何权利或义务根据本协定的相关或附属的人或法律实体，或向相关的第三方不得有效的事先书面同意的其他缔约方的本协议。任何修改或修订本协议必须是书面形式。
