Unless otherwise expressly agreed by SUNSHINE and/or in the absence of any specific comment on the order form signed by SUNSHINE, payment will be made 90 days following the end of the month during which delivery takes place, on the 15th of the following month or on the first business day following the maturity date if it is a day closed for business.
The interest rate of possible fines which may be stipulated by the SELLER in the event of payment arrears by SUNSHINE, is limited to one and a half times the legal annual interest rate applicable to the maturity. Any other fines for arrears are excluded.
