用on是对的，一般我们说in the morning，但如果morning的前后有修饰成分的话，介词就用on. 但“下周五早上”可以直接说"next Friday morning"，有next的话就不用介词了
另外，“to inject the Influenza Bacterin”有点问题，一般表示疫苗多用“vaccination"而很少说bacterin，
要表示“本公司将组织全体员工于下周五早上注射流感疫苗”可以说
Our company will organize all the staffs to receive influenza vaccination next Friday morning.

没问题，用on是对的。

当表示在未来某个时间段,用in,例如：in two days(两天后)
当表示在未来某个具体时间，则用on，例如：on the evening of tomorrow
