摘要：目的 完善消炎利胆片的质量标准。 方法 采用高效液相色谱法对方中有效成分进行含量测定，用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；甲醇-水 (55：45)为流动相，检测波长为254nm。结果 理论板数按对脱水穿心莲内酯峰计算，应不低于2000。本品每片含脱水穿心莲内酯（C20H28O4）不得少于1.0mg。。结论 该方法稳定、准确，是检测该制剂质量标准的优良方法之一。
