摘要：笔者通过长期对企业网站的探析研究以及对网上消费者的调查，发现目前大部分企业都感到了建设自己网站的必要性，因此也都建了自己的网站。但网站给企业带来的收益却很低，有的甚至成了企业的负担。而消费者对这样的网站也深感不满。为使企业网站更好的发挥它的优势，笔者认为应做好企业网站的定位、维护与发展。
