中间的长是100, 宽是70.有外围.

Determine the width of the strip pf land to the nearest metre, if the area of the facility and the strip is 9000 平方米

题意：工厂的核废料池长是100, 宽是70.有外围，已知工厂加上外围的面积为9000平方米，要求的是外围宽度，外围宽度取整米数
所以，设外围宽度为x
则有（2x+100）*（2x+70）=9000
化简之x^2+85x-500=0
解之x=5.529
取x=6米时最接近，但面积为9184，但超过了9000
若x取5，则面积为8800
故x取5
