本文共分为五章，是按如下结构安排的。第一章阐述了会计电算化初始化的理论背景。第二章提出会计电算化结构的理论基础。第三章首先对会计电算化的现状作一般性的考察，然后分析了会计电算化软件治理中存在的问题及其后果，第四章提出了构建和完善会计电算化结构的原则，在此基础上，提出了优化会计电算化初始化结构的对策。第五章，结论总结全文。

Divided into 5 chapters, The article is laid out as per the following structure.

The first chapter described the initialized theoretical backgrounds of Accounting Information System. The second chapter proposed the theoretical foundation of the structure of Accounting Information System. For the third chapter, the current status of Accounting Information System was initially surveyed and then the author analyzed the existing problems and possible outcomes in software regulation of Accounting Information System. The fourth chapter put forward the principles of constructing and perfecting the constructure of Accounting Information System, and on which base,the actions against optimizing the initialized constructure of Accounting Information System were brought out. The last chapter, conclusions of the whole article.
