1、国内外保险、运杂费、报关费、邮递费、原产地证等相关人民币和美金费用由甲方承担。原产地证书和信用证修改费用及修改增值税发票费用等由甲方承担，如由于乙方过错造成原产地证书和信用证及增值税发票修改的，其费用由乙方承担。
2、退税所得金额总额，甲方得其中总额的80%，乙方得其中总额的20%。甲乙双方承担各自银行费用。

六、争议解决方式：

2．委托代理过程中发生纠纷，由双方协商解决，协商未果的，由合同签订地法院裁决。
七、 本合同一式两份，甲方壹份，乙方壹份。自甲、乙双方签字盖章后即生效，有效期为一年 。如有未尽事宜须补充或修改的应以书面提出并经双方签章后生效，并与本代理出口合同具有同等的法律效力。
