已方：
因甲方需要长期委托已方承运货物由深圳至各港口，现就运输达成以下协议：
1 甲方委托已方承运货物到目的港，甲方向已方订舱，已方为甲方安排船期，海运费接受以美元计价。
2 已方接受甲方订舱后，所有运输条款皆根据已方的提单背面条款来负责全程运输。
3 在甲方货物所配船开之日起，甲方应根据已方的付款凭证付清运费。
4 本合同一式两份，双方签字生效。

1. Party A entrust Party B to undertake transportation unto the destination port, Party A books shipping space to Party B, Party B arranges the date of shipment for Party B. Transportation fee is valuated by dollars.
2.After Party B accepting Party A's booking, all transportation clauses are based on the back clause of bill of lading to take charge all responsibilities in the whole journey.
3. Party A should pay off the freight chargesis follow the payment voucher of Party B from the day that Party A's goods have fitted out.
4.This contract is done in duplicate, both sides sign and then come into force.
