THIS AGREEMENT made the ____________ day of ____________, 2006, between ____________ (Name) of The People’s Republic of China (hereinafter “the Buyer”) of the one party and ____________ (Name) of ____________ (City, Country) ( hereinafter “the Supplier” ) of the other party:
WHEREAS, the Buyer if desirous that certain Goods and incidental Services should be provided by the Supplier, viz. ____________ (brief description of Goods and Services) and has accepted a bid the Supplier for the supply of those Goods and Services in the sum of ____________ (Contract Price in Words and Figures) (hereinafter “the Contract Price”).
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESS AS FOLLOWS:
1. In this Agreement words and expressions shall have the same meanings as are respectively assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions of Contract referred to.
2. The following documents shall be deemed to form and be read and construed as part of this Agreement, viz:
