Today, there is no consensus yet on whether intelligent students should be taught as an independent group and be educated separately. In this essay, I will compare and contrast two perspectives on this issue. Personally, I am in favor of “brainy students should be distinguished from others”.
Some argue that teaching bright students distinctly carries certain benefits. They may point out doing so enables students to avoid the waste of human resource. For instance, intelligent students have a high IQ that can learn faster than others; they can only get a little knowledge if they are taught with others. Also, it is generally accepted that efforts to school clever students separately help intelligent students to better receive knowledge that they had never learned. Moreover, it is different that every student, we cannot use the same measure to school them.
