serious effects of iron loss

i will just give you some tips:
iron loss will effect iron industry, and indirectly effect coal, electrial indusrty. and elecrical industry's depress will affect coal too, so coal pruduction will be downsized.

so both iron and coal industry will downsizing, that is bad for those small enterprize, because they can not bear that much risk. then it became a good news to us, all the chinese people, that it is the best chance for goverment reorganize these two most pollutive industry.
