本人的表哥想赚多一点钱,选择出国【墨西哥】。他的一个亲戚以搞劳工的名义搞他出去,钱啊什么的!1!!!!都由他的亲戚出。条件就是帮他打工,每个月给他N元作为还债,【因为钱是他出的,所以我表哥的那些证件全都在他的手里】在一次吵架中,他用那些证件来要挟我表哥。搞得我表哥进退两难。筹钱给回他,他又不要,狠下心肠说,要我表哥做N年的工作来赔偿,现在要怎样才能怎样啊!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!麻烦大家帮帮忙忙!
我说的证件是指我表哥在墨西哥的证件【他不是黑工,】

我也在墨西哥,城市JUAREZ,我只里也有个例子,就是老板太不近人情,那工仔的证件也在他那里,但他会西班牙语,就去搞个报矢,然后找第二间店做当报。不过你还是叫你表哥不要和老板吵。要是他不和你做担报,你有没朋友的话。那就只好回来中国咯。
