首先,对菱形挂篮的传力方式进行了分析研究,在此基础上提出了设计方案.在本设计中,通过对各个部件的合理简化,分析其挠度、强度和稳定性来检算该部件是否满足要求。由于菱形挂篮全部为钢结构部件拼接而成,因此,对于细部构造的处理相当重要,通过借鉴其它菱形挂篮对细部构造的处理方法并结合本桥的施工特点对该桥挂篮的细部构造做了合理设计。
设计出来的菱形挂篮自重轻、承载力大、主要承重构件刚度大、稳定性好、加工简单、装拆方便、施工便捷易控制,能够满足现场悬臂施工的需要。
