性格的详细描述：争强好胜，无论什么事情都想把它做到最好，很难接受自己做出的糟糕的事。在内向的基础上稍偏外向，废话不多，只能在做出成绩的时候多说几句，刚好缺点也是话太少。具有较强的恋母情结，无论好事还是坏事喜欢在第一时间告诉母亲，母亲任何话语都是对我最大的鼓励。
激励我工作的最好方式是公平的绩效评估，让我能够公平的看到自己的成绩被公平的认可。我最喜欢的奖励方式是休假，生命是有限的，我希望能在悠闲的心态下和亲人朋友享受一些幸福的时光。
Detailed description of personality: I am conceited and competitive, whatever I do I would make it to be the best, and I feel intolerable to all the awful things I have done. I am a bit extroverted on the basis of my introverted disposition; I don’t talk much and this happens to be my shortcoming, I would only brag a few words when something is accomplished. I have a strong inclination towards my mother, the so called Oedipus complex; irrespective of whether it is good or bad news, I would report to my mother in the first instance, any of her discourse would be my greatest motivation.
A fair appraisal, which can allow me to see that my job performance is justly recognized, is the best form of encouragement for my work. Holidays as a form of reward is my best preference; as our lifespan is limited, I hope to share some happy moments with my friends and loved ones under a leisurely relaxing mood.
