it's time for +名词或者加doing
t's time to do somesing+动词

it's time to + 动词原形
it's time for 两种接续方式
1.it's time for sb to do sth
2.it's time for +动名词（ing形式）

意思都差不多，该到（是谁）。。。的时间了。

用的场景不同，后面接的词不同。

如“是吃午饭饭时间了”，用 It's time for lunch
如“是走的时间了”， 用 It's time to go.
