五、转岗和转岗培训
1.适用对象:年终考核中不合格的,部门经理认为要对该员工进行转岗培训的。
2.培训内容:公司规章制度、法律法规、业务技能等等。培训期限一般不超过1个月,经考核不合格可适当延长,延长期不得超过半个月。
3.培训程序
年终考核中不合格的员工,部门负责人认为要对该员工进行转岗的,应向公司人事行政部报批,并附转岗培训原因,最后由总经理批准执行。
