五、转岗和转岗培训
1．适用对象：年终考核中不合格的，部门经理认为要对该员工进行转岗培训的。
2．培训内容：公司规章制度、法律法规、业务技能等等。培训期限一般不超过1个月，经考核不合格可适当延长，延长期不得超过半个月。
3．培训程序
年终考核中不合格的员工，部门负责人认为要对该员工进行转岗的，应向公司人事行政部报批，并附转岗培训原因，最后由总经理批准执行。
